The value of the NCWE is in the common power of its member organizations, their exchange of ideas and their cooperation with representatives of various interest groups and institutions.

In the NCWE, there is a place for anyone who wants to get involved with their experience and time to support the programs and initiatives of the NCWE.

A member of the NCWE is becoming by signing a Memorandum of Cooperation, as well as the Declaration on the respect of the NCWE Code of Ethics.
